Our chef Jean-Pierre Sorita and his teams bring out the flavours and colours of the region, offering you dishes in line with the seasons.

For perfect food and wine matching, our team is on hand to recommend one of the sublime wines from our region.

Our restaurant is open all the year round and includes three dining areas to enjoy in the different seasons:
